Two Polish stories.
One bottle.

Amber and vodka. Two elements of Polish heritage meet in AMBER inside Vodka, made with Polish grain spirit and natural Baltic amber.

Amber maceration is at the heart of our recipe. Each bottle contains natural Polish amber with a certificate of origin issued by the International Amber Association in Gdańsk.

The English name tells the story of this Polish product beyond its borders: AMBER names the stone, and inside reveals where to find it.

01. Polish grain spirit

Grain spirit forms the base of AMBER inside Vodka.

02. Baltic amber

Natural Baltic amber undergoes maceration. Before filling, both the bottle and the amber are rinsed with pure vodka.

03. Considered design

A gold-decorated bottle and a two-part acrylic stopper. Its design keeps the amber inside while allowing precise pouring.

AMBER inside Vodka i szampan brut w eleganckiej kompozycji z białą brzoskwinią oraz świeżą cytryną. Delikatna owocowa słodycz, drobne bąbelki i wytrawny finisz — koktajl inspirowany wieczorami na Riwierze.

Ingredients

30 ml AMBER inside Vodka
90 ml dobrze schłodzonego szampana brut
20 ml nektaru z białej brzoskwini
5 ml świeżego soku z cytryny
cienki pasek skórki cytrynowej do dekoracji

Method

Wlej wódkę, nektar i sok z cytryny do shakera z lodem. Krótko wstrząśnij i przecedź do schłodzonego kieliszka tulipanowego do szampana.

Powoli dolej szampana i delikatnie zamieszaj. Skręć skórkę cytrynową nad kieliszkiem, aby uwolnić aromatyczne olejki, następnie oprzyj ją na brzegu. Podawaj bez lodu.

Polskie jabłka, polski miód i AMBER inside Vodka — elegancki koktajl o świeżym, jabłkowym charakterze. Delikatna nuta cytryny równoważy owocową słodycz, a złocista smuga miodu wewnątrz kieliszka stopniowo dopełnia smak.

Ingredients

- 50 ml AMBER inside Vodka
- 70 ml tłoczonego soku z polskich jabłek
- 10 ml świeżego soku z cytryny
- ¼ łyżeczki płynnego polskiego miodu
- Lód do shakera

Method

Przygotowanie

Schłódź kieliszek koktajlowy typu coupe i osusz jego wnętrze. Poprowadź cienką strużkę miodu po wewnętrznej ściance kieliszka.

Do shakera wypełnionego lodem wlej AMBER inside Vodka, sok jabłkowy i sok z cytryny. Energicznie wstrząsaj przez około 10 sekund. Przecedź do przygotowanego kieliszka, nalewając obok miodowej dekoracji.

Podawaj bez lodu. Opcjonalnie udekoruj cienkim plasterkiem polskiego jabłka.
